the location, a place to park,close to shops sea front and amenitys, so we didnt have to use the car.the breakfast was exelent and the staff were keen to please

I could meet friend outside the hotel as it is a good location.
Dislikes:
I did not like about my room (1) was that it was cold as lot of draughts was coming from the window. There were no subtitles on TV which should be available at all times.

Bathrooms refurbished but not finished. Bare pipes no blind or curtain at the window. Beds comfy and well dressed but carpets not great. Tea / coffee making facilities in room were welcome, but cheap tea and whole milk cartons were disgusting. Expensive but convenient. Read less

Proximity of hotel to beach and town. Off street parking. Friendly staff.
Good breakfast. Comfy bed.
Dislikes:
The rooms seemed unfinished, and to have been done on the cheap. Covering up the pipes in the bathroom, plus a blind or curtain at the bathroom window would have made all the difference.

Bay Hotel is conveniently situated on the sea front, with adequate room for parking.
Dislikes:
A charge for wi-fi is not necessary when the nearby cafe offers free wi-fi for the price of a cup of coffee.
